I've made it through another weekend smoke free, and a long weekend at that!  But it sure wasn't easy, there were lots of tears.

I'd like you to join all of you with 15 smoke free days.

36 smoke free days!

I'm just getting used to being a non-smoker.

Still having to keep my guard up for sneaky cravings.

419 days, as of this Monday.

43 days, 4 hours, 11 minutes, and 28 seconds of life gained. I hope to spend that extra time engaged in highly pleasurable activities, like eating delicious food or getting a massage with scented oils or maybe even getting....   I have no idea what you guys are thinking about! ...

In any case, I am less likely to spend that time hacking up a lung or going to the doctor.

I am getting better everyday at living as a non smoker. It is great to see these days and weeks adding up. I am now starting week 24 and feeling very proud of my achievement! I note that there are lots more of you out there quietly doing the same, so lets celebrate! N.O.P.E. here's to another healthy smoke free week. Viv
