Hey Astrofan,
Congratulations on making it six years smoke free.  Like working on it said, it sure is nice to hear success stories from fellow quitters.

Dear Astrofan,

Sorry I missed this!...I was in hospital at that time.

What a great achievement!  It's a lovely round number 5.  I bet you never thought you'd reach this point!

Do keep coming back to help the new quitters.

This is great news Astro.  Many congratulations on reaching your 5-year mark!  It's a huge accomplishment, and a fabulous feeling.  Mr. J and I reached our 5 year anny on Jan. 3rd but you're right, sometimes it feels like yesterday!

Great to see your achievement posted here at the SSC.  A huge congrats on a job well done and please stop by now and again to keep the carrot in front of the new quitters.  You are right, it does take a strong will to quit and you are an shining example of what can be accomplished if you really want the quit.  Continues success my friend and celebrate big time; fairways and greens no three puts.

 With kindness
