The onilne program can be downloaded page by page. If you wish to download the workbook, you may download this also. Simply use the icons on the left hand side of the screen and choose what you would like to do.
Once you have clicked your choice, just read and navigate slowly. If you have any concerns or problems. please contact us via feedback for assistance.

I have not signed up to start the panic program. Is there anyway you can do it off-line? I would like to do the program but don't think I could start it on-line. I also would not know how to download it. Is there an address or a number to call to get a program sent to you. Any ideas of programs on CD's. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Jimbo
