outlaw, what's up

Obviously, I'm not Outlaw, but I thought I would respond anyway. ;p I have a definite heart phobia that has kept my panic / anxiety roaring for at least 12 years now so I seriously understand how you're feeling. A couple years ago my mother was put on a heart transplant list because the bottom of her heart actually died! The cardiologist gave her some new medication to keep her heart pumping while she was on the list and the medicine actually healed her heart! This is absolutely amazing to me! I just wanted to share that with you because I wanted you to know that there are tons of things that can be done for heart issues these days. The medical world has made huge strides in the things that can be done if you ever develop any kind of heart problems. I always remind myself of what happened to my mom when I am feeling extra anxious about my heart. It helps me calm down knowing that so much can be done if there is a problem, so I wanted to share that with you to maybe help you also.

outlaw, how has it been going. had a pretty bad relapse this last week. kept thinking about my heart. really scared the **** out of me the other night i haven't had that hapeen in a long time it just felt like my heart heart was about to explode it was beating so fast and so hard. then my mind carried it the rest of the way. and stayed real nervous. fail back aslep about an hour before i had to go to work. i'm not for sure why this happened. i don't know if gas or indegestion may have caused that or just a plain old panic attack. i've been fine since then but cn't stop thinking about my heart. then i read a book written by a cardiologist and that kind of worried the **** out of me. i guess that i was doing pretty good until that night now it will take me a little while to get back to normal. it's when you've been okay for a hile and one of those things sneak up on you-- just blows my mind. talk to you later. take care. texas
