MIND OVER MOOD!

20 years ago 0 20 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hey Mo, I started it on Tues (31may) and haven't had any real side effects, maybe a bit of dizzieness or lethargy, but I take it going to bed any way. My DR prescribed 10mg, and I asked her if I could take 5mg, she agreed (I love to comprimise), so I just split my pills and so far I feel pretty good, no major attacks what so ever, however I do notice that when I start to worry, about something (I am an excessive worrier) it doesn't seem as dramatic as before. I noticed a difference in a couple of days. My first and second day I was really tired, but that went fast. I hope that helps, and let me know how you get on.... Christine

Hello everyone, After seeing my Dr this week, she gave me a prescription for lexapro (cipralex) and told me to get the book Mind Over Mood, Changing how you feel by changing the way you think, by Dennis Greenberger and Christine Padesky. I'm really liking it, it has made me feel better about my thoughts and how I can control them. I just wanted to put it out there for those who are interested.... Christine
