Well done on getting through your rough day, but the best thing is you did!
Distraction is the key, and changing behaviours, you're getting there keep it going.

There you go!!!

Anything to distract yourself and get away from what may be triggering a crave!  I spent a LOT of time here reading and learning from everyone... what worked for them in certain situations, for certain triggers, etc.!!!  Remember to just holler if you need anything!!!

     Great job!!!

Thanks Jim....the support here is great. Although I had a rough day, I chose not to smoke with the help of my hubby. When I'm having a hard time, I take the dogs for a walk & even go to the gym. The dogs are certainly enjoying the extra walks they are getting

Hi Michelle!!!

Stick close and post if you are stuck on coping strategies, etc.  Someone will be able to offer words of advice or bump a thread forward on different forum topics which may be able to assist what you are going through!  Also, you can use the search function to find forum threads on topics you want to explore further!  There is a wealth of information here and many people dropping by all the time to see who has posted and are willing to assist!  That's the great thing about theses forums that is really being under-utilized lately!  So, just holler when you need us!

You are doing great so far!!!  Do whatever it takes to keep your quit!
