Pregnancy and Anxiety

I agree with Michaels advice. Your hormones during pregnancy give you a natural feeling of peace, euphoria, and relaxation. I don't know how far along you are, but once you adjust to the hormones, expect to find great relief from your panic and anxiety symptoms. AND... I will also add it is very possible that you may be "cured" of this for years (maybe even for the rest of your life) after you give birth. Pregnancies change a woman's system permanently sometimes. Pregnancy hormones can put all sorts of things into remission, from ovarian cysts and endometriosis to migraines, to ANXIETY and panic!! Keep in touch and let us know how things go for you. AP

Hi to everyone. I am just hoping to find someone that maybe has been through a pregnancy or is now pregnant and dealing with anxiety. I am so afraid that it will somehow affect my baby, especially with the heart...I tend to get a racing, pounding, irregular heart beat with these attacks and just get really worried sometimes. Has anyone else ever been through this?
