Hey Wpalex1975!!!!

Welcome and congrats on giving it a go!  Do follow Samantha's advice and go through the Program here!  They have done a great job putting it together and it makes this whole process much easier!  Also, there is a wealth of information here on the forums!  Let us know if you have questions, too.  There's a great support group here who's always willing to help a new quit buddy!!!

Hello wpalex1975,

I highly recommended starting the online program, it is a step by step program that will guide you through the milestones of quitting smoking. Start at milestone 1 where it will introduce you to the program and getting started on your personal journey. It is also has a great section on preparation because preparation is key!

Best of luck in your quit, post often and ask lots of questions!
