Hi again,

I just saw in another post that you are doing a cold turkey quit so the dreams cannot be related to NRT use.  Sleep disturbances are common while withdrawing from nicotine.  Try to do some relaxation techniques before bed and when you wake up from a bad dream; you can read about them in session 4.  Exercise and drink plenty of water this will help flush the nicotine fro myour system and may help you be more relaxed when bed time comes.

Members, please share your experiences and advice.

It's night one for me..about 4 a.m. here.. I woke up with night terrors and got up thinking about smoking but decided to come here to post instead and ride out the crave and wait for the nightmare to ware off..
How many days will I be having nightmares?  Never had these on any of my other quits..I will be saying a little prayer this morning and tonight too...

I will not cave in...nope...
