Indeed!  I was laying on the couch reading the book when out of the blue the couch seemed to be pushed back and forth against the wall. I stopped reading and waited. It stopped just as suddenly as it had started.

"We felt the one last year and just kind of felt dizzy. This year, we felt it - we were rocking in our chairs and our floor lamps were rocking. It felt much stronger than the last one."

Hi Kristen,

Have you identified possible triggers of your anxiety or feelings of depression?  If not, start recording your mood and what may have brought it on at that time/day.
If the feelings persist, I strongly suggest consulting your health care practitioner.

Also, it may help to look at the information on Evolution Health's Depression Center or Panic Center.
Wishing you well,
