How did you manage to stay smoke free once you decided to stop. I'm on my 3rd day and it seems to be really hard.

On a light note...And then there was the young woman who vowed to her parents that not a drop of alcohol would touch her lips as long as she lived; she drank through a straw.
Ex-smokers  I have known would cozy up to me for a whiff of second hand smoke.

Some years since a smoker and I like that. Smoking the thorn in my side gone now, gone for as long as one never touches my lips or finds my finger tips.  I won't be tempted and I will not fail myself or I will dispair.  And that I can not have.
