Welcome back!  Just remember that the Wright Brother's first airplane didn't fly.  Use the best practices from those 14 months and apply them to this quit.  Prepare as much as you can!  Let's make this be your final quit!  We're all rooting for your success!

Welcome back! I too am in the same boat. We can't beat ourselves up, just have to pick another date and try again.
WE can do this, we are worth it! Keep trying and fighting, don't ever give up!

Welcome Back!  I was in the exact same boat.  The best thing to do is not beat yourself up now, what's done is done but the important and exciting thing here is that you are back!  I think each time you quit helps reinforce coping skills and the desire to stay quit.  You already know this site is awesome and the people here are wonderful so chin up you can do this!

Welcome back I choose life!

I know you can do it too!  Be proud of every day you are smoke free! Each day can make a difference to your health and your confidence!

What do you plan on doing differently this time around?

Good to see you wanting to come back.  I have blown short quits and a couple long term quits, but the fact remains you want to quit.  Dust yourself off and join us again.  It is so worth it.

Hi All,

Wow! I haven't been on this site for a long time, due to the fact that after 14 months of living in a happy cigarette free world, I actually decided to smoke again.  I wasn't drunk, just having a rough time and was concious of the fact I decided to have a cigarette, needless to say I didn't have just one. I quit in August 2008 and have been smoking again since November 2009. Obviously I need to update my stats!! But wow what a bummer when I saw them! I'm ready to do it again though, because I know I can. I'm proud of my 14 months smoke free and I'll be prouder still to go past that next time round. I haven't set my date yet, still have prep to do but thought I'd pop in and say hi!

Talk to you all shortly!!
