I'm not a doctor so I don't know for sure, but I have heard that they can pretty much tell anything that may be wrong by doing blood work. A person taking my blood once told me that actually.

If you had routine blood work done, would they be able to tell if you had cancer, or a tumor, even if they arent looking for that? Thanks
