It is great to hear that you are feeling much better since quitting smoking! The benefits of quitting will continue to present themselves along the way, appreciate each of them! It sounds like the reward system has helped you stick with your quit, great reward choice!

OH MY OH MY
Feeling much better these days and much more confident.  I think of myself as an ex-smoker and I tell myself EVERY DAY that Smoking is Not an Option and say NOPE.  So far its working and I am running with it.  I rewarded myself with a new printer with the money not spent on cigs and I'm trying to save up for other things in the near future.   I come here and post and continue to feed off of other people's success.  It really does help.  Each day does get better.
