what worked:
This board being able to read and knowing I was not alone.

hopefulbutscared  Look at you with 30 days smoke free. Be proud of yourself and be sure to reward yourself. It doesn't have to cost alot of money but just something for yourself as a marker of how well you've done. We are all proud of you. Way to go. breather

A huge thank you to all you have a responded to my post and helped me through this first month. Thank you for allowing me to vent, scream yell and cry (all in posts of course lol) and not call me crazy! Thank you for the post of encouragement. you dont know how much they have helped me through some very dark moments. I also makes me feel good to know that you guys are always here. I truly feel like the I have been to hell and back and recovered.
