Still going at it, due to some home construction projects I missed 2 workouts that I am going to try and make up for this weekend. We also had pizza and Chinese food so that wasn't good. In spite of this I still managed to loose another pound.

The workout theme yesterday was on YogaX, a version similar to Ashtanga Yoga . Boy that in itself is a great workout. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Todays workout will be Legs, Back and Ab Ripper. That should be fun.

People mentioned a reward, well that's what the construction is about...
We are getting our bathroom remodeled, we bought a new jacuzzi oval soaker tub and surrounded it including the floor with Italian Venetian tile!

It Rocks.... literally. :-)

Hey John!!!

Great job and great attitude!!!  PMA, baby!!!  As soon as this lame ol' foot heals up, I'll be getting on board with a good exercise program, too!!!  I attained my first goal to regain my health when I quit smoking!  The second goal was to get the broken body parts fixed...  in the middle of that goal now!!!  Soon it will be on to the final goal of the new, healthy, in shape Hot SiO2!!!

Way to go, John!!!  Give my best to Sue, too!!!  Oh,  keep us updated on your progress, buddy!

The workouts are a lot of fun, the diet guide is for real.  I now understand why dieting does not work.

It is a GOOD Diet AND Exercise for results.

Hi!
I googled it and it looks interesting. I'm a runner and I also do a 45 minutes pilates routine (reformer) 5 days a week; I pump iron working muscle groups : 2 days I work on lower body, and then 1 day for chest and back, another day for biceps triceps and shoulder. I'm getting a little bored so maybe I should try it for a while.

SO....I am quite interested..thanks I'll goggle it. Not so sure it is in these areas though.
