Great for you Momma D!

What a great way to change your day!  What made you able to make this choice and stick with it?

Good for you, Mamma D!  I've had times when I had cravings, and just expressing those thoughts was enough to get them out of the way.  I think that is why it is so important to have a support group; just sharing what we are going through seems to be a big help.  Congrats on your 19 days!

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

Really agravated and frustrated and want to light up which would not change a thing but it felt good to express how I really feel.  Still hard dealing with anger and smoking.  I realize that I can handle everyday issues without lighting up.  Just need to vent and think about how far I have come.  I certainly do not want to throw it all away now.  NOTHING  is worth going back..soooooooooooooo......I'm going swimming  Will be back later on.  Feel better already!!!
