I had a problem with tingling in my face to the point where my ear would go numb. This also traveled under my chin. I went to the doctor about it because it was pretty unnerving. I found out that it is because I had a pinched nerve in my back. You would be amazed how big the nerves in your back are and how many parts of your body they effect. Do a lot of back stretching and it should take care of the problem. Every time I feel it coming on, I stretch my neck, shoulders and back and it goes away. I hope that helps! :)
