Hi Leela,  I'm so glad you told us about your slip.  Cravings can come out of the blue. Not to frighten you, but I had a 9 month quit going,  and thought.. oh i can just have a puff... then a few days later .. oh i did fine with the puff. i can handle one.
BAD move.   I lost a 9 month quit, it has taken me a little while to get back here, but as soon as I decided ... i came running back.  I was not shamed for losing it, but have been welcomed back with open arms.  i am so delighted to meet the new people and I am overjoyed to see so many friends from when i was here.

Just Remeber ... that  N O P E is really the # 1 rule....the wise ones put it here for a reason.. it works.

Aw Leela, so sorry to see this, not only for what a slip is but that you were really beating yourself up about it.  That as you know by now for sure won't help you get back on the horse (sorry Mr Ed) but I see you're back and riding strong.  Get that breeze blowing in the wind and ride girl ride!!

You're doing fine, leelaknight. I also don't see a reason to reset a meter when there is a slip. When there is a relapse, yes.

Leelaknight,

Thank you for being honest to us and to yourself. This will help you get to the bottom of your reasons for quitting.  It sounds like you are on the right track to discovering those 'oober' deep reasons, dig until you uncover what you need to know.

Strive forward and lean on us for support!
