What a great idea for a reward! Planning your reward ahead of time definitely gives you something to constantly look forward to.

Also, having visitors that were constantly smoking around you must have been quite challenging. You should be proud of yourself for sticking to the plan and remaining strong.
Members, anyone else care to share reward ideas?

OK, OK... I have PLANNED my 30 day reward! Howz that! (I'm that confident).

I just has an old 'friend' surprise me with a visit, bringing her new man, her 2 year old insane grandson and her great big old dog to my house and WITHOUT EVEN ASKING, stay for what looked like 2 weeks. Luckily it has been cut short, but that was hell. I just wanted my home back.  Her and her new man smoked. and smoked.... and smoked .... and smoked... and you guessed it... smoked.  They smoke TWO packs per day EACH!!  Aaaaaagh!  My house is like one of those smoking rooms at the airport.  She called me at work today to say 'they're off' after using all my appliances, washing their clothes, using the telephone and getting out every single toy in the whole house. and GUESS WHAT I came home to an ashtray with over 70 cigarette butts in it!

I know your jaw has dropped open right now and your eyes are popping out at the screen, yes!

Can you believe some people. I have been tested to the hilt quite frankly.  I was telling my doctor about all the stressful situations I have been in since I gave up smoking and he said...

"...and you have'nt had the urge to have a cigarette?"

I replied,

"Sweetheart, I have the URGE to take up class A drugs actually!"... But I'm not smoking if that's what you mean!

He laughed so much he almost fell of his chair!

Hope I have given you all a giggle with my latest stress!

Anyhow, like I said - I have PLANNED my treat for my 30 day smoke free days.... A GUCCI watch.  I've always wanted it and I found one on sale for $289.00 - which you will notice I have ALREADY SAVED in not smoking.  So that watch is mine next week, and every time I look at the time, I am going to remind myself that I no longer smoke.... EVEN WHEN I'M STRESSED!!

LOL!
