I noticed this thread dates back to February and that you're still at it! See we can do this one day at a time and this to me is feeling better and better about myself. As you say you "love it!" It is about the journey- not the destination! The pool is cool!

I hope to be able to reach your level of fitness, I am way behind you at this moment in time, but I am loving it, and have made it part of my daily routine-and apart from the toll on my hair and skin from the chlorine in the pool, I am getting more toned and feel terrific.
