I see you are loosing the weight well done I could do with any advice you might be able to share,  I put on a little over stone
have tried  everything to get it off but I can't lose a pound.

Thanks!  I got weighed at TOPS on Monday and took off another 2 lbs.  My biggest "bugaboo" is getting on the treadmill.  I do it once a day but boy do I have to really psyche myself up.  I feel so good once I've done it though!
 
Quitting smoking and eating healthy(not all at once, mind you) is all for the good of ourselves!
