I will do just that!  I even made notes today in my blog so I can see how my days are going and just write things there instead of writing in a journal at home that i never write in.  but i am no good at this quitting thing, but i will give it another try.  I want to be smoke free and I am going to the doctor next week to get something to help me.  I am gonna do it starting 1 may.  Thanks for all the support.
