Had a crave today

Hi lola,  I quit on March 7th and for the first time used the patch, also the nicatrol inhaler.    I found that for the first 2-3 days I had a headache, which wasn't that intense but you knew it was there. Also I felt alittle sick.  But it will pass.  You may get an occasional headache within the first two weeks.  Read the booklet that comes with the patches.  It tells you what you may expect or the side effects.   But you made the first step like myself.      Stay strong

Hey Lola! The first couple of days on a new step of the patch is always a challenge, but mild like you say! Plus you're coming up on an anniversary, so that could be part of it too. Seems alot of folks get some craves around those days.
You really seem to have it all together! You are doing great! The sleep disturbances are common, as are the headaches, your body is healing from all those added chemicals in cigarettes. This is one place where whining and complaining is perfectly fine, because we all understand exactly what you are going through, and that's the beauty of it! Any time Lola!
