Angie, I'd rather that you rant and rave than light a cigarette!  I promise to to log into instant messenger whenever I see you online so we can continue our chat from last week.  Wish I was on Aussie time zone, or maybe I just wish I was down there with you.  I'm thinking of your sunburn while it is 2 degrees here in Columbus!  You can do this!  Buy your kids a package or two of Tim Tams.  Then you don't have to cook.  Friends from Aussie send me Tim Tams every once in a while.  They are the best!  Hang in there!  Sending happy thoughts your way!

And AC, keep your focus on the short term.  Your three week celebration comes Monday reward time. Remember it smalls steps, the longer strides will come. Urges come one at a time so we combat each one, one at a time.  It's not an army of urges, they come in ones and that how we deal with them in ones.

Be good to yourself!

Hi Angie,

Sorry that we were all sleeping at the job, you did do exactly what you were suppose to do even though no one was able to pick up at the time. I know it is are to grasp when the desire to smoke comes about, however each time you say NO, builds your strength, your foundation for saying NO, the next time and following times.  We learned to walk, learned to smoked, and now we learn not to smoke.  It is going to take a little bit of time but when you get there, how abot "heaven on earth", Angie!  Got the picture!

Build yourself Angie, a short walk, step outside, gum..workouts all these things and more  Thank you for posting, sleep well, wake up refreshed.
