If you believe that I have some beachfront property in Kentucky I'd like to show you.

You know, CD, I think that you should really have a chat with your plastic surgeon. Does he manufacture hand-made boots also?

Apparently this last month has caused you to lose all your hair.

You are very strong in your quit and a wonderful asset to this group.
If you made it through all that, you are a champ!!

I'd say my first 30days were a breeze compared to yours!

Keep up the good work!

You guys are the best. Really. Thanks for all the support. There is no way I'd have a month without all of you and this site. Just no way. When I felt weak I'd read. When I felt strong I posted. I will continue to be here for a long time, getting help and offering it as well.

Together we are much stronger than alone. I consider each and every one of you hero's - you are helping to save my life. Literally.

My hat is off to you all.....

Now do you see why I wear the mask???????

I'm so damn good looking that I didn't want all the ladies on the board rushing me all at once. OK girls, now that you know what a catch I am.....

BRING IT ON!!!!!!

CD  a month already! and after reading your post I have to say well done to you for getting through some difficult times without reverting to our old crutch!!
I know it would be so easy in times of crisis, however, all we would be doing long term is adding another problem to the list, and I know for me psychologically I could not do those first 30 days again.
Thanks for your continuing support of others and your humour too, and keep up this terrific quit!!!
