Hopefully its paper targets if you are going to shoot your pistal :-)  Yeah its weird for me to try to find something else to help me defuse because I used to reach for a smoke every time.    I still reach but there aren't any there and I say "duh"

actually a boxing bag is good thing to have for quitters.
i have one in my garage for exercise , and i used to pound on it when i had bad cravings.
it's great exercise and releases tension , plus it just makes you feel tough.
