Good to see ya Wazz!!

Congratulations on getting through the 1st 3 days..You're well on your way.

My wife and I both went cold turkey as well. She quit two days after me, and we haven't looked back except for yelling a lot in the beginning.

Hang tough, and post often....It really does help.

Goofy

Thx ya cold turkey may be the hardest way to quit in the beginning but in the longer run I think
it will be easier. No matter its very very hard. I truley think it would be easier to cut out my own tongue
than quitting the nasty ciggs, but I am keeping my tongue lol. Five minutes at a time.......

Welcome Wazz

Well done for making the decision to become smoke free.  I think you will never regret your decision to come on this journey. Just take it one daye at a time  or even an  hour at a time. Try to keep in your mind why you have decided to stop and stay strong. Good luck before you know it the weeks will have  pass and it will get much easier.
