Well done for taking this journey to get smoke free, Just as everyone has said all these horrible feelings will pass
Your body is healing and it just takes time, try not worry too much, I think most of us here went through all of what you describe I remember being very tired and going to bed a lot but at the same time I would wake in the night and would be up walking around and not know what to do with myself there where lots of different things going on sometimes I would feel the loss so much I would sit and cry I truly wanted to stop smoking but it's a learning process. I used meditation tapes I found they helped focus my mind and they got me through some bad times I'll just say to you all of this will pass and you will find way's to cope. I wish you the very best of luck, Just remember it will get easier
