Take some time to think about your reasons for quitting and what this quit is worth to you. Start to work on creating a strong coping plan to help you through any cravings or with any triggers you may encounter.

I also feel anxious but it is my first day back. I felt nervious and tired from smoking and it didn't feel good after being stopped for a while.. I just want to get back to where I was and not cave in and smoke again.

April!?   How are you doing now you're three days into your quit... are you sticking close to the site and reading and asking for help?? You need to speak about how these first days are going for you so the members can help you out with their experiences of how they dealt with some of the problems you are facing now...
