I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better. I thought that thats where I was at too, and a bad day gets thrown in. Oh, well, today was much better. Thanks for checking in with me..I appreciate it. I feel as though we are so close in our quits and so close with our reactions to it, its almost creepy. So I KNOW when you say you understand what I am feeling, I really feel as though you KNOW. I know others do to, but I feel so weak sometimes, and others very, very strong. I know I have a friend in you.... (Toy Story the movie)
Have a wonderful weekend My friend.

I'm so sorry I missed you yesterday but I wasn't able to be here. A day has gone by so I hope today is better for you. I sure wish I had a magic wand to wave for you. I am always so proud of you for having the courage to come here and letting out what you need to. Your honesty is a great quality and I think it is helpful to others here. You know I have been walking in the same shoes. I do have to say that things have been going much better the last few weeks on my end. I am not sure why. I didn't do anything different or have a revelation or AHA moment, but one morning a few weeks ago I woke up and something felt different. I was more relaxed in my mind. I have been able to dismiss the desire easier for some reason. If I had to explain it I would say my mind just finally said," OK, Enough is enough, I am done with this frame of mind." It was not a conscious decision by my active mind, more of a subconscious thing. Now, having stated that, I hesitate to say that out loud because the last time I did that I was overcome with a few days of hell craves, but I'll take my chances. I sure wish I knew why this lasts longer for some people and why each quit is different. If we could answer that we could sell a book and retire early.
Don't know what to say but hang in there and know you are in my thoughts. Give me a call anytime Kelly. I check in here as often as I can. Respond if you can today. I will check before i leave work tonight.

I have to say that things have been going much better lately. I am still surprised at the strength of the cravings at times but am riding it out better. I am at work this evening so I gotta run but thanks for responding and I'll talk to you soon.

Sorry to bring this thread back up but just wanted to say Hi and I see that ML and Freedom26 also stopped by with a few words. Hello to the No-embers. I caught a few recent posts from you and I am glad you are doing alright. I have been gone for a few days so I am just catching up. It is odd but I find myself wondering about the folks here when I'm away for any length of time. A GOOD DAY TO YA!!!!!!!!
