Hi Gina, Of course your feeling out of sorts today, panic, sustained anxiety and all of the symptoms take a toll on our entire body and mind. The adrenlin rushes can make you exhausted. Have you tried journaling? It might help dissapate alot of the feelings before they become PAs. I know it isnt much but remember whatever happened yesterday is over, let it go. And also you survived, all the PAs didnt kill you, yes it was lousy hellish way to spend a day but learn from it, try to make it positive instead of negative. If you are having negative thoughts, write them down, then right on the same page list the positive things about yourself. If none of this helps I am sending you hugs ((((gina))) (ps I live in florida also)
