Hello, I have contacted several doctors and the only thing they tell me is to take it easy as its not dangerous, and sometiems they prescribe me antidepressants which i do not think i will ever take it, i had panic attacks seven years before, and managed succssfuuly to over come it, i am not sure why its taking now 10 months and i am not feeling any better. Anyway thanks for your feed back Lily

Hi Lilly, I get the exact same thing, its one of my most feared symptoms. Unfortunately I can't give you any tips so I would also be very interested in any tips anyone else might have relating to this.

Dear Freinds, I am constantly having dizziness and sometimes feel disorriented, lilke feeling floating or like walking on a brdige afraid to fell down any minute, can anyone give me on some self help tips of how to manage them. I have been trying to tell myself its ok and it will pass, but sometimes it i feel i cannot convince myself, anyother ways to handle it. Thank you Lil
