Hi Shoggy. I quit with Chantix and I so highly recommend it. Just remember, it will help with the physical urges, but you still have to conquer the mental ones - and those are the ones that fuel the addiction.
I had some great dreams on the chantix, LOL - miss them sometimes! I did also get a bit queasy after taking them sometimes and would need to just take a few minutes to relax. I found that if I took with water after eating something it helped. ALSO, I noticed that if I put anything in my mouth for an hour or so after taking them (gum, sucking candy, etc...) I got queasier.
Hope this helps. Keep up the good work. Oh yeah, when you are ready to stop the chantix - taper off for a week or so - it will help you avoid excess anxiety.
