Marcus, keep the quit. It is sometimes hard to do when entering into stressful situations (like your friend's illness), but I know you can do it. Sending healing and postive thoughts thru the universe to those in need..... Hi folks, and happy smoke-free Saturday to all! I haven't been around for a couple of weeks. I've missed a lot of milestones where I should have congratulated you, my fellow-travellers on this marvellous journey we're taking. Please accept my apologies for that. SSC has been instrumental in making this quit, my final quit, work. I'd like to be able to repay the kindness and the support that I've taken from this site. This will have to be at a later date, however: work is taking up an enormous amount of time and energy at the moment, and this week I learned that one of my oldest friends in my adopted country is dying of cancer: I intend to devote as much of my free time as possible to making the rest of his life as pleasant as I can. So goodbye for now, my friends. Keep the quit! I'll pop in and read or write the odd post whenever I get chance, but I won't be able to participate fully for a while. Love and respect to all of you.
