Jan, you're doing great! Remember that non smokers get fidgety and cranky too! Pamper you on those days! Just because! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 355 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,875 Amount Saved: $3,745.25 Life Gained: Days: 46 Hrs: 15 Mins: 29 Seconds: 40

Good insight Audrey. Now that I've accepted the fact that I won't feel "normal" for a while, I can relax and stop trying to fight for that normal feeling. It'll happen in time, and that's good enough for me! That's exactly right Jan. It won't be normal for a while so in the meantime lean on us, stay prepared with your defenses and ride it out til you are riding into the sunset. It will happen for you my friend! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/16/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 401 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,020 Amount Saved: $1,122.80 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 4 Mins: 46 Seconds: 32

Thanks for the support everyone. Patience, I know, is the key here. Because to be quite honest, I can't expect to feel "normal" and get over 27 years of smoking in just 25 days. Its going to take a little longer than that. As long as I'm prepared I'll be just fine.
