Terry, I am so proud of you. You are doing great. I know how hard it is but keep in mind that smoking is not an option. I quit smoking so I could breath better. You are quitting before it gets that bad. Addiction is controling so keep in mind. N.O.P.E. Terry, You should be very proud of what you are doing! You are giving yourself and your family a wonderful gift. Sue is right about not fooling yourself. You are a non-smoker now......WOOHOO! Replace that thought of maybe just one with NOPE! You're doing great, Boxerfan My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 329 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,580 Amount Saved: $1,645.00 Life Gained: Days: 29 Hrs: 10 Mins: 10 Seconds: 44

Terry, you are doing great! good for you. It is great isn't it? You should be able to smell now, and food will taste so good. mmmm. Be ready with some healthy snacks. Me and my air popper and white cheddar seasoning are very happy together. and Terry, for me, there is no just one. I either smoke or I don't. and I quit so I don't, not ever again. I just can't do it. But sometimes I wish I could. So be vigilant okay? Don't fool yourself. You are too important for that. You know what? Even now I fight off the "just one". You will probably have to fight that for a very long time. Today I did because it was a difficult day. My boss also was having a bad day. We used to smoke together. He said he was going out to smoke, I said I'd love to join you. So not that you need this now, you don't. It is just something for you to stick in the back of your brain. What you need to look forward to now are the abundance of days ahead that do not challenge you. And they are right before you Terry! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/16/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 400 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,000 Amount Saved: $1,120.00 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 2 Mins: 2 Seconds: 48

You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside. -today's quote- You are gaining that inner strength and losing the fear. Awesome :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/16/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 400 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,000 Amount Saved: $1,120.00 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 2 Mins: 2 Seconds: 5

Yep it's been a good day. I find more so the last couple of days that right after a meal is when I really think about smoking. So far so good and tomorrow when I wake it will be #5. I'm excited. I told my son tonight that I had quit and he said he won't get excited about it until I've been quit for a month. I told him, I'm not smoking anymore, but deep down inside me somewhere I'm still holding on to that thought that I could still have one. Yikes.
