Well, I think the night will be alright now at least it seems so now, thank you both for your reply and suggestions. I still have the upset stomach but the breathing is better.

no problem ruth i am feeling better. thank you for your prayers...that's so sweet. yeh the window is deinatly a god sent!!!! also if i am super tense and panicked i find putting on music and acting stupid alone and dancing around sometimes makes me laugh, gets rid of some pent up energy and takes my mind off things... but, then again i am a crazy actor and like feeling stupid and like a child playing again ;)

Thank you, I am doing a bit better, and do the same thing with my kitchen window. I just don't feel well tonight, and it makes it magnified when breathing starts to go shallow, you know. Katie are you OK? I wrote a note earlier, thank you both for writing. I will try the warm bath I think, and I just drank a cold glass of milk. Very grateful for the responses, amazing help. I just got off my knees in prayer, it is my faith in God that gets me through these and help from those who understand it always goes hand in hand. Thank you, it has been a tough year. I will post a note before I go to bed. God Bless.

i find going outside and getting fresh air helps me. i never really go anywhere just stand on my front steps and breath in the DIRTY toronto air!!! lol but really sometimes just pacing up and down my street, where everything is familar and a little fresher helps! hope you are feelinga little better!

Hi there I'm here. How are you doing now? Take some deep breaths - would a warm bath help your stomach feel better and maybe the steam will help you breath. It works for me. What about a nice warm cup of tea or milk and honey? Mind you some people gag at milk and honey, I like it. Hope you're feeling better.

Just need to know someone is there. I ate something that upset my stomach for supper, and it is making things go into a fearful state. I get very dizzy and feel like I will pass out some nights, it is nights that are bad for me, in my 60's and do not like to bother people, and have been to ER 2 times in last month, can't let this get to me tonight. Thanks, Ruth
