Everytime I get a RX I go on line and look it up. I check for side effects and dosage amounts. If you have an unsure feelings, go check it out before starting it. I know for some, they actually get to a point of a high dosage of anti-depressants but it is after bringing them there slowly. For example, I started a couple of years ago at 10mg of Zoloft. By the time I finished it, I was up to 150mg.

is what you are taking working for you??? If your anxiety is diminishing and you are getting fewer attacks, then there is no reason to increase it. Make sure your Dr. knows what hes talking about... i once went to a psychiatrist who gave me 3 times the amount of a tranquilizer than i should have been given. Needless to say, i was a zombie for 3 weeks.
