Wow, Terry, so many people are wrapping their arms around you. You will be supported here no matter how long it takes. I just wanted to tell you that in all the times I previously quit, I "just quit", as you say. In this one, I knew I had to do it for a while and then woke up one morning and I was ready. And that was it. My therapist said my conscious and my conscious finally meshed. I think this will happen for you, too.
