i also started experiencing these heat sensations not long ago, i honestly thought i was going thru my change. do your hands or feet swell at all? mine just started doing that also. i wake up at night so hot, kick all the covers off, then 2 min. later put them back on me again- go figure??

Yes, I get both hot and cold flashes (more hot than cold). I also have low blood pressure, but that is not the reason behind the flashes. It's really hard to just accept that it's from that and there's not too much you can do about it. Just know that you are not alone

I deal with this also. its one of my top 3 worst things to deal with. I hate that when im in line or on a bus my lord.. If i can i use cold water. and if im at home i simply use my fan.. but it does go away just remember it wont last to long. Drinking cold water also helps me.

Absolutely hot flashes are one of my worst symptoms. I don't know how many times I've been standing in line somewhere and had to tear off my jacket and start pulling at my shirt to let some air in cuz I was boiling alive all the sudden. The best thing to do, I think, is to do whatever you can to cool off and try not to let it scare you. It is essentially harmless, and will likely stop once you calm down.

Yes. Heat and cold. Also profuse sweating and/or goose bumps while having panic attacks.

Having extended Hot and Cold flashes are apparently a quite common symptom with anxiety. I had this during my panic attacks and bouts of lengthened anxiety.
