There may not be a 'switch' to turn on for a positve attitude, but there are ways to change your mood from a bad one to a good one...by looking at photos of your loved ones, listening to your favorite music, deep breathing exercises to calm you, a really great joke. You know it it's possible, thats where the saying "That made my day" comes from!
Having quit so many times, I can say from experience that trying to make it positive does help, this time I consciously made the effort to be more positive and I have made it my final quit! :)
