What a beautiful inspiring post Suzy! Your Mother's death was not in vain, it has reminded a few hundred of us right here, why we chose to give up cigarettes, and to take back that wonderful gift of life we were given to start with! Thank you! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 330 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,250 Amount Saved: $3,481.50 Life Gained: Days: 43 Hrs: 7 Mins: 55 Seconds: 16

Thank you suzy. There, too, went my father but it still took me another 7 years to "get it". I "got it", eventually, and now there is no turning back! My condolences for your loss but my congratulations also for making the quit stick and heading confidently towards your three-year mark. Best Wishes Penitent d1351 :)
