In my opinion then going through the program is not going to hurt you. If it controls your symptoms eureka if it doesn't you'll have to find a doctor soon.

Josie, Thanks for your response, but i am currently in the rural areas of Africa were i am doing a project for UN Agency. I am not able to get in contact with a doctor and the area i am, people are not familiar with panic attacks nad panic disorder, there is no support available, after trying to get on line help for almost sometime now, i was finally able to get your good sight and i tought you might be in a position to offer me a general help. Any guidance would be appreicated, although with our without it i will still continue with the programme and see what chagnes i get after end of it. Thanks lily

Lily, Is there a possibility of finding a therapist or doctor in your area. You may call your local hospital for information on where to attain numbers and address'. Your phone book will also have directions to find some help. There are many free clinics that can be used as well as free visits. We are always here for support and help, a doctor and therapist will be your one on one connection, and will be better able to address your situation. Keep on top of the program and go slow. It will help. Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Dear Friends, I am currently starting the week four, session four in the panic program, and its one of the advises of the panic center that I consult with health worker or therapist or my doctor before starting, 1 4 8. Where currently I am I do not have a therapist or a doctor, and would be glad to hear those of you or from the support groups what steps should I take, I will start the program on Saturday, I am finishing session three and I can already identify and challenge some of my anxious toughts but not all. Please let me know if you have any important advice, Lil
