I hear you OMT.
This quit has my total focus. I can't turn back, NOPE. It's a horribly strong addiction that I have to beat. When I review my reasons for quitting, I believe they are strong enough to keep me quit. At 46 yrs old, there's not a lot of time left to keep putting it off. I know I'm in excellent shape health-wise, so why jeaporadize that at this stage of my life? I love life, I love me, and everyone around me. My family is too important to me to risk dying of lung cancer. I want to be around to enjoy my grandkids whenever they come along. And yes, I will succeed at this. There is no other option. Life is too important to me to risk going back to smoking.
Sorry, a little long winded, but I was on a roll!
Sue :)
