Hey, how is everyone doing? I thought I'd make a new post as our "January quitters" was getting a little long. I know Kristilu and Kathy were having some hard times over the weekend. Anyone else? Kristilu, I saw that you reset your quit meter and that's ok. Congratulations on hopping back on the wagon so quickly! It's important not to let a slip turn into a fall.
I am still here and doing pretty good. I am laying low for the next little while, intentionally staying away from socializing too much. I know that's my biggest trigger and I need some time before coping with that situation.
I hope everyone else is doing good too. Keep the quit! :)
