LOL Dave - ditto here!
Kristilu, I got nausiated when I quit. I also had nosebleeds, and my right ear bled (from the incresed blood flow that was reaching my extremities now). I had tingling in my fingers and toes, hot flashes, sweats, dizziness, irritability, a rash, and at some times I thought that I should have been hospitalized and cursed the world we live in for making places for other drug addictions to go for help, but not smokers because I was sure i was going to die.
Like Sue said - if it feels this bad to get off of it - imagine what it's doing to you on it. Remember when you first started smoking? You coughed and gagged. It took your body a while to adjust to all the poisons going into it and function as best as it could - it will take it a while to get back to normal now. Though - the really nasty withdrawls won't go on for very long.
You're doing really great!
Nothing lasts forever.
