Day 23 today. No cravings anymore - strong desires but no "I want to kill you" cravings. I think I have to start going to the gym regularly now, that would help me feel more healthier and better about my quit. Starting to get that "what now" feeling. Don't want to let my guard down, cause i know my addiction is waiting for my weakness. Hope everyone has another smoke free day! Today is day 19. Time seems to be starting to fly by now, this is a good sign! Someone asked me today how i was doing (referring to quitting) and i was unsure what they were talking about and then i could not remember what day i was on. I think this is all good! Hi Kristi!! So glad to hear from you!! I was thinking about you today actually, so i am glad you stopped by to say hello! 1/2 way thru hell week!! That is great news. If there is anything i can do to help out , let me know. It HONESTLY gets easier i haven't had a bad day in 8 days and i haven't had a craving in just as long. I had a couple of times where i had a desire to smoke but no craving. I swear to you this gets easier and easier and it is sooooo worth it. I love looking at my quit meter to see the money i have saved and the days etc. Keep it up - i don't have my pom-poms out and my cheerleading outfit for now reason!!!LOL!
