Hi Doodles! Looks like you've experienced this before, at almost 6 months, and now at almost 8 months. I'd say it's a combination of hanging out with smokers triggering the receptors in the brain and a last gasp effort of the addiction to say Hey, here I am, you can have me as a reward, you've done so well, what could one hurt? Yeah, right, I've done so well because I haven't had one, now go away and don't come back you evil smelling rotten no good...well, you get the picture.
The other thing is have you done any rewards lately?
Hugs, Denise
