Hi everybody Doing good so far still. Went to Smart Recovery meeting this afternoon...it's all about addictions and recovering from them. It helped me some. I wrote a letter to myself which I will open on January 8th at the meeting. It's to do with enhancing and maintaining abstinence. It's a good motivator. Glad you're doing good Alpha. Good to hear from you. Take it easy and take care all of you. Hello everybody and DeQuitters This is my 9th day now and I'm feeling so much better. Don't have the cravings like I use to. I went over to my friend Betty's place yesterday and spent quality time with her. To treat myself I went out for supper with her and since it was her birthday I treated her too. She's been super helping me quit. I consider myself very fortunate to have people like her and you to be in my life and helping. One thing that will pass is the fact that I don't have much of an appetite and been feeling a little sick to my stomach. I'm ok today but I still don't have too much of an appetite. So far it's been pretty good. Sure can't complain. Has anybody heard from Alpha or Mary? I'm hanging in there thanks to all of you.
